i had the worst bipolar attack last night yet
it was like
think of having a fever and your brain getting fried
plus crying over nothing and being in hysterics
shaking and rocking back forth trying to get it to stop
then finally when i calmed down i layed down and started hallucinating things in the darkness
finally at like 1 am i calmed down and fell asleep
god
fuck this.
i wish someone understood what it's like.
