(no subject)
At dad's... again. This time I'm actually going to do my history homework! ...probably. I mean, I'm halfway done, and the rest of the questions, though they require research, seem pretty straightforward. You know, describe the concentration camps, which Jews survived and why, how did Nazi officers use Jewish women, what was the role of bribing, that sort of thing. (And 'How did this movie help you understand the Holocaust?' fills out the last five questions, haha.)
So I had 80 megs left on Alexiel. "Well, that's probably enough for some more music," I say. So I go and look in my music files on Arata to see what I have that isn't MPA format. There's a lot. I pick through, grab some Gackt, some NAOKI, some general DDR, and a couple Host Club character songs. No more than ten songs, max. Now I have 21 megs left on Alexiel. |:< Damn you, 1 gig memory stick! Maybe Nick's got a 4 gig he's not using, or something. (Or maybe I just need to save up and spend some freaking money on a 4 gig memory stick.)
Um. More softball drills today. I did batting practice with Batting Coach Malinda twice; the first time I finally manage to hit the freaking balls! (They were those hollow plastic ones with the holes, not actual softballs, but at least I can hit them now.) The second time I screw up a little, but do basically okay. Of course, the first time, these two girls sitting on the bench that serves as the dugout (since the JV field doesn't actually have dugouts) just happened to get in the way of the balls I managed to hit; I got one of them in the back and the other in the chest. Haha, oops. The second time Audrey was laying on the same bench, and I almost hit her twice. Haha, though I was actually kind of trying to hit her, because I mean really, who sleeps during PE?
I finished the background on my Epic Zexion Art Project Of Epicness. Another day and it should be done. It looks so cool...! <3
And speaking of Zexion, we got our yearbooks today. (No, really, there totally is a connection here.) See, I'm in the yearbook twice: once with the sophomore class pictures, and once for a little interview blurb about procrastination. My picture's on the second one and everything. Now, the day the girl who did the spread took my picture, it was during Spirit Week. Specifically, it was on the junior theme day. If you recall, their theme this year was Kingdom Hearts. Anyway, so I'm looking at this picture of me in the yearbook and I see that I was wearing a badge or something. "What is that?" I wonder. Then... "Oh! Haha, I remember that!" I was wearing this Zexion shirt that I stole took borrowed got from Melissa and I had my Zexion Love badge on. (Well, really it's just a really old scan from when his weapon was finally revealed. It only took up about a quarter of the page I printed it on back in eighth grade and I found it just in time for spirit week, at which point I found some string and turned it into a badge. Haha, and now I don't know where it is. Oops.)
See? There was totally a connection there. Anyway... probably ought to get to work now. ): (I kind of need to print another copy of my country project anyway, so no biggie.)
