Perhaps I should be a vampire in my next movie.
I've been having strange dreams since I first hired for this part. Most of them have come from reading the script and so I haven't been able to tell anybody about them. I can, however, get this one off my chest and hopefully go back to sleep. It was rather odd.
I dreamed we were in Ivalice (where the movie takes place), and I was a treasure hunter/pirate there. When going through this dungeon, I met an unconscious man lying on the ground. Assuming he was dead, I went to steal from him. Well, I learned rather quickly he was a vampire, but despite bad past experiences, I still took him back to my airship--even after he bit me. ._. Obviously, I'm not the smartest man in my dreams.
Once he was cleaned up, I apparently realized that I had a hot vampire, named Basch, all to myself, and so I let him feed from me. That was... weird, to say the least, especially considering that dream me decided he looked like my old master.
Well, things were fine for awhile, and then Basch accidentally turned me one night. That was also strange. Things went back to being fine until his bastard ex Vossler (for some reason, he was Basch's master, but Basch didn't want it at all) who happened to be like 40,000 years old or something came looking for Basch and tried to kill me and raped Basch in my bed. ;~; Then he left and we ran away.
I was fine, apparently, with most of that too. -_- None of that made me wake up in the slightest.
Basch asking me to bear his vampire children is what woke me up.
I think that's the strangest dream I've ever had. I'm going to chalk it up to anxiety, because really, what a silly dream to have. Basch would be a terrible vampire--he's too afraid of hurting others.
Odd dream.
I leave this afternoon for our first location. I'd better get back to sleep so I can wake up and spend the morning with Basch and repack my things. Two weeks.... just two weeks and I'll see him again.
This is hard. But they did release our costumes to the media this weekend. If you haven't seen mine yet, it's here. The back is here. It's quite a pain to get on.
