(no subject)
I am officially a Nursing student! Haha. I got my ID for it today. They took my Student ID picture and used it for my Nursing ID. EW. Today I had a Nursing meeting to find out where my clinical placement is/who my clinical teacher is. I'm at St. Joseph's Nursing Home which is right beside my school so it's like a 12 minute walk. My clincal group is good, Natalie and Angela are in it. Courtney is at the same place but at ours there's 2 groups and shes in the other. :( But atleast we can walk with her! My teacher is soooooo nice, I love her! I must go get my scrubs soon cuz I start orientation November 2nd! Ahh I'm so nervous, but excited. We start off with one patient which is good because its gonna be scary at firt. Ew I hate nursing homes though. I cant wait to go and do placements in the hospitals, that'll be better. I'll be at school Monday-Wednesday and the nursing home Thursday's and Friday's. Gah it's gonna be stressful. Clinical is 6:45am-12:45 :( :( I'll be waking up at like 5:30. ICK.
I'm so tired, I got like 4 hours of sleep. The damn kitten cried at my door until like 3am. I didn't want to let it sleep in my room cuz it chews my wires. Pretty soon the roomies and I are going to go to Zellers and get Window Markers to decorate haha. Next week is gonna suck soooo bad. I have 6 tests (done on my own time WTF!!) 2 assignments due AND a presentation infront of 100 people.
