(no subject)
hey everyone. sorry about that last entry, i decided not to fill all that out. i love you guys but that is much too much trouble..heh heh.
looooong weekend
friday night was the game, hardly anyone was there. but i hung out with elizabeth and bennett. and met some new people, just like always. we met this one girl and she told us stories about her mom being in the navy and drinking her age in shots. interesting. it was great to listen to, and i laughed very hard.
saturday morning i went to the humane society with david and played with puppies :) there was this one puppy that was two months old, he was a black lab, but itty bitty and his name was macho which i just think is great. and i got scratched in the face by an asshole dog named lucy..oh and it's so sad because they had this one dog who was tinted green and i asked someone why she was tinted green and they said she came from louisiana and they think she got into some waste or something :(
saturday around noon after david left my sister sarah came in town and got me and we went to tuscaloosa-hoorah! we watched the game in the sorority house- and made lotsa noise when that field goal went down! that was amazing..it was so funny you could hear the fans screaming the rammer jammer thing all the way at the sorority house because the stadium is really close. anyways, we went and got dinner at depalma's, a yummy italian restaurant, and went back to the sorority house and played a very fun version of go fish..;) then we left again and went to the lambda chi house for a band party. trotline(sp?) was playing and they were mucho good. they played everything from the joker to grease lightning. i danced like crazy! it was fabulous. comment and say 'i love you bethany' if you're actually reading this. justin (sarahs boyfriend)met up with us- i love that guy! so after we(I?) were all partied out we went back to the sorority house and crashed.
today we woke up around noon and i swear i thought i was at camp coleman- so weird and random because sarah's room does not resemble camp coleman in any way. so we got up and took showers, then went to eat at a mexican restaurant called pepito's, i think. yummy chips :) then we got back in the car and headed back to birmingham, singing kelly clarkson all the way down the interstate-haha. we went to the rave and saw elizabethtown, it was very good and it makes you think, but not too hard. after that we headed back here and sarah left and here i am. i know everyne's so excited to hear about my weekend.
a very successful weekend! my entries are NEVER this long..but hey, gotta put a little variety in there sometimes. and i wanted to share my joy with the rest of you. are you feeling it?
