I've discovered that my body is a lot less sore from standing all day, now that I'm going to the gym at night, than it was before.
Doc thinks I'm insane to get off work from standing on concrete for 12 hours, then go hop on a stationary bike or treadmill for 20 minutes, and then left weights. But it really does help. And I'm already seeing some differences in my body. Which is excellent.
I dont' know what I'm going to do this weekend. Doc has to study for an upcoming test next week and it's supposed to rain for a lot of the weekend so that counts out doing anything fun.
I have nothing to talk about.
So I'm just wasting time. The companys and Yours.
