Yes, so this is the story. I get out of work at around 10:15 or so. I drove down to Bullmoose and hung out there for awhile, hoping that maybe for whatever reason they'd be selling the CD early. I asked the kid what time they'd be selling it and he said "At midnight, we can't sell new releases any time before that", which is pretty much bullshit because when I went with Matt and Travis to get the new Twiztid CD it was 11:30 and they bought it. I just walked around there looking at stuff, waiting. I asked the kid what time it was and he said it was 10:38, which sucked because I had no idea what the hell to do until midnight. I decided to do what I normally do when I'm bored out of my mind. I went to Walmart! Yeah, so I decided I'd stay there until 11:30 and then head back to Bullmoose. For about an hour I looked at clothes, smelled candles and contemplated purchasing soda pop. Once 11:30 hit I hopped into my ride and flew down the streets of Salem back to Bullmoose.
When I returned to Bullmoose I got out of my car and as I was walking towards the door I heard someone shout my name. I turned around and saw Adam and Brett and Brett's girlfriend standing there. This was awesome. We went in and bought the CD, and I also got the SSTB Re-release and a free Welcome Home 7", which was awesome. Yeah, so we went back to the parking lot and listened to the CD together which was great because I had orginally planned to just sit alone and listen to it, but it was much better to have friends with me. We talked about Coheed and other stuff, and then they asked if I'd like to come along with them and hang out so we could listen to the rest of the CD together.
We decided to go get some ice cream at Walmart. We didn't even end up getting ice cream. I bought a box of apple fritters and a gallon of sweeeeet nectar. Yes, I love the nectar. It's Minute Maid Cherry Limeade, and it's about the greatest stuff of all time. Adam and Brett and Keith and I drank it on Adam birthday this year and it's like our groups official drink. Yeah, it's awesome. Yeah, well thats the story. It's quite lame actually, but seriously it was an awesome night. Ok, well, thats it. Farewell.
