Spring Is Near! (My F&#king Ass it is?!)
This winter has been harsh on the house. Especially the roof. I knew we were in need of a new roof! But, with all the snowfall and icy conditions, I've manage to spring a leak somewhere on the roof. My guess it's the stack and the flashing and seal is shot. Now I have two persistant leaks doing their damage. One, through an electrical outlet for a ceiling light near the stove in my kitchen. The second on is dripping between the wall where the stove and the pantry are. Right down onto the recroom stairs.
It's annoying! Mainly, because I want to repair it and have the damn drip stop doing it's thing. Home repairs are great if you don't have to climb a ladder in the middle of a snow storm.
If sad were a face, it would be mine right now. But, we'll manage.
