Don't land flat on your back when you fall off of a horse at a canter. I recommend following Bree's advice: "If you think you're going to fall, just grip harder [with your legs] and sit up straighter." I sure wish I'd read The Horse and His Boy before I fell off of a horse, haha. 8.5 months until I can ride again! ;)
