Bureaucratic bullshit
There are some people who are blessed with all the luck in the world. That person could be stuck in between a really hard place and a wall of sharp knives and still survive.
We all know that all companies have their fair share of bitches and assholes who, other than give everybody else working there a bad name, can get themselves out of a tight spot because of their friends in high places.
To cut to the chase, we have this bitch in our account. She's nasty. She's a know-it-all. And thinks she's God's gift to human beings who happen to cross her path. Yeeeep. I know that you know those type of girls. The pretty-ass, white-trash bitches who never fails to rub it in your face when your down and out. The whole account, well atleast those who can smell how rotten she really is, is against her and filed several complaints. Her behaviour is very unbecoming of a lady and a co-worker. The complaints were filed against her, both work related and personal issues, since January and up until now, nothing's been done. We've forwarded this to all the authorities and the number we had tell our story was bordering on ridiculous. So many people told us that we will win the case...
Right. We should've known not to trust the fucking HR Department. They're soooooo articulate when it comes to reading out the company policies and reiterating the rules and regulations but they always end up tucking their tails in between their legs when the company uberlords strikes down the mallet.
The whole fucking thing backlashed and now one of us is getting fired.
That's bullshit.
After all the meetings and endless ramblings in cold rooms filled with deaf ears--we end up getting it hard in the ass. Raw and bloody.
Fuck all the redtaping and officialism. It's just another way of getting raped by the people who were supposed to protect the majority's best interest.
