rip cookie

we had to put down one of our lesson horses yesterday
cookie, he was the best. and...its weird sometimes because
its hard to believe that time doesnt just stop when
something bad is happening to you
do you know what i mean ?
and i wrote mary something on the board
just telling her to hang in there, and im sure
that it didnt really help, because why would
it, ya know ? but i tried. and i hope she knows
that its going to be okay.
