Turkey Day Break
Break was in two words..........wonderfully fabulous!!! I went home tuesday night caravaning with h $ and j dub, which was fun. Speeding at night (75mph) when you have no idea who is a cop and who isn't, but w/e we didnt get pulled over so its all good. Wednesday i went and saw carl for the morning before he had to go to work, ;). we talked and caught up a little. I then went and saw suzi and peace which was fun, cuz the jen and sammi came over and we almost had a party (w/o alcohol). Suzi, Peace, Dave and i then went to food, yummy food.
Thursday involved my mom waking me up early to go get my grandma from harbor. while the turkey and everything was cooking i finished my blanket i have been knitting for a year, and my grandma taught me how to crocet. We then had dinner and i (of course) ended up eating too much food, but it was all so good. We then all became lazy and stayed in the living room watching tv until we went to bed. I got stuck on the sofa which sucked cuz i got like no sleep.
Friday i had an eye appointment at 11 oclock in ptown, luckily my eyes haven't changed, so yay!! Afterwards i went to applebees to talk to woody (the gm) about working there over xmas break. then down to walgreens then off to wendy's for lunch with mom, then to the doctor's office then off to carl's house. Carl and i talked and we figure some of our issues out which made my day better. then wendee and i went off to the Holy Childhood thrift shop and she spent a whole $0.56, i know we need to stop spending sooo much money. then i went home for awhile, did dinner with the family and then headed back into ptown later in the night. Jen, Heather and I ended up going to Applebee's and having desert (the raspberry cheesecake is the best ever!) they got to meet carl and then we headed over to suzi's house. When wendee got out of work we rented movies and watched them until like 2:30 in the morning and i got home about 3.
Saturday i really didn't do anything but got to walmart and get new glasses. Sunday i headed back home to my cabin up north and had to do a crap load of homework, and i actually got it all done. Now time for class
