horrible day at work. Had a 16 year old toy poodle and when i was using my clipper around its neck i cut the dog because thats a sensitive area to begin with and this dogs skin was paper thing. Cleaned it up and it wasnt that bad but its petsmart policy that i have to bring it to the vet. it was 5pm so regular vets were closed so i went to the emergency vet...they didnt open until 9. so i sat in a parking lot today from 6-9. and i was so sad cause i really love this dog unlike the owner who could seem to care less that something happened to her dog. If that was my dog i would drop everything and be with it. But even though the woman was very rude to me. I am going in on my day off tomorrow to groom the dog for her for free because i didnt get to finish. and i was the pup to feel beautiful. Its weird but i like doing either neglected or old dogs because i like them to feel pampered for once. idk. i guess make them feel better.
but the three hours i lost of work will be at least made up tomorrow. i dont make an hourly wage im on commission but if i average under 36 hours that will fuck up my benefits and all. So yeah thats good.
