"by worshiping efficiency,
the human race has achieved the highest
level of efficiency in history,
but how much have we grown in love?"

the secular world cannot know love, because they do not know god . I believe that quite a few christians are lost on that issue as well. It is sad to say that it is slowly becoming a fantasy gone like the days of our grandparents parents. I do not like waking up each day and taking in the increase of negativity which the world is diseasing itself with, part of me grows cold as well because i am surrounded with such filth , I pray and ask god to keep this from happening to me and to my loved ones and anyone else , because i am confused and i am sad and i am just in shock and I am ready to be with jesus as well.

you are so exactly right on everything you said. i have to really fight to keep my heart in the battle. i feel like the odds are against the real deal...and against me...but i know that no matter how horrible this world is, love wins...and already won the war...two thousand years ago. i guess in our time on this earth, our goal should be to run to Jesus with everything in us, and the love others with everything He gives us. love Jesus, love others...everything else is less. like you said, it ain't the real deal unless it comes from Him. i'm excited to go home too...but i guess on this side of heaven...leaning hard on Jesus and resting in Him is the closest thing to it...i'll take it.

thanks for sharing.
