Congratulations! You have been selected for the EAP France UC Center in Paris Fall 2005 program. Please come to the EAP Office to pick up your selection letter and a copy of the General Guide to EAP. The selection letter will have instructions on upcoming events for orientation and pre-departure preparation in the months of March and April.
Please do not complete the on-line Confidential Health History yet (first instruction on the EAP-To-Do-List, which you will access from the web address stated on the selection letter.) We will email you separately when we want you to complete this form.
