(no subject)
hey yall!!
i just got back from the beach again at 2:00 in the morning .... we werent supposed to have to leave till sunday but we got "evacuated" b/c of hurricane dennis. we got there on wednesday and they started talking about it and then yesterday afternoon they said we were under "mandatory evacuation" and everyone had to leave. we were rushed to pack up our stuff and our car was so jammed lauren and zach had to ride with my grandmother. we stopped to eat at this place called the fish camp and it was pretty good. we drove for a few hours .. well really we went about 15 down the interstate since they evacuated 2 counties then we got off somewhere where there were a bunch of restaurants and went to the gas station and got candy.
as bad as the ride was me and katie had a good time lol we were trying to find stuff to do so we sang for a little while (not good either) and katie colored with her "assorted colors" and we ate our candy and made a mess .... and we tried to make a tent b/c we had like 10 blankets and a ton of pillows but katie wrecked it!!!! then we stared at the people in the cars next to us ... we saw something that looked like micheal jackson and one car had a "super antennae" seriously it was like 10 feet tall ..... so finally we went to sleep for a little while and got home at 2 this morning and i slept till 11:30 and we cleaned out the van.. fun. and now i think we're going to walmart so i'll ttyl!!
