Blood, Pee and Ultrasound

I finally got a whole wack of tests out of the way, including blood test urine and thyroid ultrasound. I am now the proud patient of "Dr T.H Wong" haha. He is a cool asian guy that obviously takes his work really seriously, which is good...because I don't want some lame-ass doing tests on me. He actually kind of reminds me of this doctor from an anime i've been watching called "Monster" and sometimes have to catch my tongue because I want to call him Dr Tenma. I had my blood done first about 10:00 after not eating or drinking for sixteen hours my tummy was grumbling pretty good. His nurse sat me down and put this rubber band on my arm which was _supposed_ to make my veins pop out. She stabbed me once in the crack of the arm and just let it sit in my skin. I was waiting for her to like suck it up, but I soon realized it just fills via pressure (First time giving blood) so I watched that and it was actually kinda cool. That was, until the viles weren't filling all the way and after that 3rd attempt I started to get kinda light headed to I sat down and she tried the other arm...still nothing. She stabbed me for a fifth time way deep in the arm to hit a larger vein I would assume. I wanted to yell something like "WHAT DO YOU THINK I AM...A FRICKEN PIN COUSHIN?"...but I refrained. Anyways, after that was done she gave me a cup to fill...but after not drinking for 16 hours I said "I can't fill that"...I don't think she completely understood I had no pee in me lol. I asked her to give me 10 minutes so I ran to the van and downed 2 bottles of water then went back in...heh. Last stop was the ultrasound clinic where the old female technician is like "yyyyeah....TAKE OFF YOUR SHIRT!" which I can't for the life of me figure out because I was only getting my upper neck done. *glares*. Anyways all in all, I am glad to have the tests over and some of them were even kinda fun. It's a toss up between trying to pee in a tiny ass cup and having my neck lubed for the ultrasound haha(Shut up...it tickled)
