Okay, so...
I picked the right college. That's reassuring. I haven't even been homesick because living in Newport is infinitely better than living in Fall River. I've been keeping busy with activities every night...the luau last night won by far. I got a Hawaiian duck, and a balloon animal dragonfly and a really pretty lei. I came two numbers away from winning a tv, and I crammed into a photobooth with people I hardly knew. I mean crammedddd.
Classes are decent. I love english and sociology so far, spanish may be tough, music should be fun...world politics sucks, but I guess there needed to be one. I added symphonic band, so I'm slightly nervous/excited for that on Monday. I'm hiking Mount Monadnock on Sunday...hehe, I'm so involved. [I can't wait to see the white mountains of NH again!]
The work study process has been frustrating and nerveracking. I have an interview today against a bunch of other people...if I don't have a job I won't have a life and that's a terrifying thought.
I'm going to the beach in a couple hours. Wootwoot. And tonight I'm going to see Hamlet 2 out on the town.
