Hello.
Today is my senior prom...I got my hair done an hour ago. I'm quite happy with how it turned out, and I have been reminded how much I really do enjoy getting all dressed up and made up. It's such a novelty, that's why. But I'm also reminded how glad I am that I'm not expected to put this much effort into my appearance every day.
I don't know how excited I am about prom, yet. I guess we'll have to see how enjoyable it actually is. I'm not looking forward to the dancing too much...I might sit out a bit more than last year. I feel kind of tired and my ankles have been giving me tons of problems lately. I know that I am excited for Newport, though...yep! I only hope that the weather improves for our picnic. I wish it was as warm as last year.
Antique Stores with KitEmma are fun...even if you can feel how haunted the rooms are, especially the basement. I love getting 2 expensivelooking rocky horror outfits for 8 dollars. We also ate at this cafe in the center of Taunton that was very decent. But of course, now that school is done I'm not really going to be in that area again.
Can you believe it? A week from this moment I'm going to be on my way to Coyle...to graduate. Ariel Marissa Guertin. National Honor Society. Hm. Yeah, I think it's about time.
