a/n: there can be grammar mistakes. can’t contact my beta now and i wanted to post this before i go on vacation ;d - oh this was also a bit inspired because of my trip tomorrow. airport romances ♥ -ahem nevermind me-

Yoochun was at the airport again -waiting, like he always did-. It didn’t bother him though. He loved it. He loved it when he saw his friend walking through the portals with one bag over his shoulders and a suitcase strolling behind him. He loved it when he saw his friend smiling at him. He loved it when he saw his friend walking faster the second his friend saw him. He loved it when his friend finally reached him, let go of his bag -that hit the ground with a soft thud- and gave him a big -more than friendly this time- hug. Yoochun -who felt the difference between this hug and all the other hugs in the past- gladly returned it and whispered the words he always said.
I missed you.
His friend smiled and looked in Yoochun’s eyes. Suddenly Yoochun’s friend’s eyes changed into something Yoochun didn’t recognize.
Junsu, what’s wrong?
A pair of lips was placed softly onto Yoochun’s. The latter had wide eyes and couldn’t move. It was a little kiss for only one second, maybe less, but it was the kiss Yoochun was always waiting for.
Thanks for waiting. For always waiting for me.
Yoochun always waited for Junsu to come home from a trip but he also always waited for Junsu to return his feelings. And now…
Let’s go on a trip together next time, Yoochun.
Yoochun smiled and interlaced his fingers with Junsu’s. He didn’t have to wait anymore.
