The person, _vvitchbaby_ IS A THIEF &FRAUD. This person STOLE a friend of mine's layout (narcoticvogue) and also the third image down from in her userinfo. If you look at the bottom of that picture (in _vvitchbaby_'s info) you will actually see the definitions of narcotic and vogue, and if you look closely enough you will see the very bottom of my friend's original picture
