(no subject)
so i havent been here in a while and apperently lj has more going on now....
i have been pretty busy latly with school and work and whatever combination of the two. things have been going really well the past few months and i usually dont post when things are good, i guess i mainly use this as a small emotional release in that sense.
jsut finished my first week of classes for this semester, and i think it should be a pretty smooth semester, but a lot of work. i am really excited about this welding class! i have no idea what i am going to make and frankly, it really dosent matter to me, i just want to learn how to weld. jason wants me to make him a paper press so that he can start making paper in our basement....other than that i am taking color photography II (where we are now allowed to go digital which means less money and less fustration...well i guess different fustration), professional practices (portfolio development), contempory art, music apprication, and multi-media. $150 woth of books bought, and probably double that to go. (which reminds me i have to go look for some online)
break was good, could have been better tho. i wasnt able to do a whole lot cus i am a slave to my work and worked 2 jobs 4-5 days a week. wasnt able to spend a whole lot of time with friends which blows. what sucks more tho is that tiff and alissa and a few others are going to cancun for spring break for $600...the week after my break, of which i probably wont be doing a whole lot. *lesigh* i will have to find somethign fun....get pope and flori and whoevre-we'll have fun! and i will be 21! hellz yea!!
and there's will :) things are pretty good there. i spent the weekend over break at his place so i could work, so i got to see him like 3 days a week...ish
