wow
So last nite was crazy.. was on my way home at about 1AM on 417 (toll road near my house), which is a two lane road, and we just got out of a toll booth when the following happened:
I was in the left lane of 417.. there were two pickup trucks (smaller ones, called truck 1 and truck 2 in this story :P) in the right lane, just a little bit ahead of me, and there was a car a bit ahead of them.. I was goin 75, the trucks were goin about 80.. the lil car ahead was only goin 65 or so.. I was in the left lane like 40 - 50 feet behind truck 2..
so the trucks in the right lane are startin to catch up to the lil car and I see the truck 2 put on his blinker to get into the left lane.. so I slow down a lil to let them get over..
well the truck 2 never puts his blinker on and is getting closer and closer to that lil car. so I slow down even more because it doesn't look like he's moving anywhere.. then BAM, he just runs RIGHT into the back of the lil car.. and since truck 2 hadn't got over yet, he rammed into the truck 1.. (I'm still just watching not remembering that my car coasts a lot so I was still goin pretty fast).. then truck 1 then swirved over into the left lane in front of me, and stopped right in the middle of the lane, sideways..
truck 2 swirved over into a cement barrier thing on the right side and stayed over there..
I had seen this coming.. it didn't look like truck 1 was going to get outa the way of the lil car in time or even slow down so I had already started to slow down.. apparently not enough tho when I noticed truck 1 right in front of me.. so I slam on my brakes, and the car started to skid.. and it didn't look like I was going to stop in time so when I was about 2 inches away from the car I swirve to the left onto the left shoulder barely missing the car and getting out of there fine..
it was sooooo crazy.. felt like I was in a NASCAR race or something!
