Author's note: SO I don’t write angst. I just don’t. And yet, this poured out on to the page last night, with no apparent trigger. I almost didn’t post it, but. Well. Like I told Rainne, if i can't even be brave enough to post my fanfic, how am I ever going to submit to agents and publishers?

This is about as Gen as it ever gets. It's also ouch. Everyone who read it last night, when i was meebling about posting it agreed that it's ouch. I wasn't going to post it, like I said, but. Well. The time for meebling is done, damn it.
