I somehow always seem to get sick during finals. Every year, I swear. Thankfully the only final I had today was in orchestra. We had to play 13 scales in 90 seconds. Not bad. I had already done my sociology final, so we just sat around. I have software media and physics tomorrow. I'm only really worried about physics... but not worried enough to be studying right now, so whatever. It's funny how once you've been accepted to college, you care less and less about things like that.

Today after school I came home and started watching steel magnolias. I used to know somebody that loved that movie, and we always meant to watch it together... but we never got the chance. I decided I'd rent it on my own. My aunt came over and wanted to take us all out to lunch before I could finish it though. She took us to this new irish restaurant. It was pretty good and I went and ate even though I wasnt really hungry.

We ended up back at my aunt's house for a little while after we ate. She wanted to show us her new kitchen and stuff. I noticed coming in that her neighbors had left their new kitten outside. The poor little thing was jumping from the window to the door crying because it was so cold. I felt so sorry for it. I went in the house but I couldnt stop thinking about how cold it must be. Nobody was even home to let it in... I couldnt stand the thought of it freezing out there so I went over and got it. As soon as I walked up onto the lawn, the little thing ran up to me and climbed into my jacket. I took it back to my aunts house and warmed it up. We gave it some food and stuff and then when her neighbors came home my cousin walked it back over there and told them that it was freezing outside and they should keep it in the house. I guess they leave it out all the time though. That's so sad. If I had a place to keep it, or knew or somebody that wanted a kitten, I would have stolen it. People like that dont deserve to have animals. I told Liz that if I ever see it outside again, I'll take it. I drop her off after school everyday, so I'm going to watch for it. It's an all black kitty with a tiny white spot on it's chest and the most beautiful eyes you have ever seen. Liz told me it's a girl, so I'll just take her word for it. Anyway... if I do ever end up with this kitten, I'd need to find a home for it. Is anyone in the market for a kitty? Let me know.

Rich is coming over to get me now. We're going to go to panera bread and get some soup because he thinks that will make me feel better. I hope so.
