I should be asleep...
It's 1:40 in the morning...I should be asleep...but whatever. So, funny thing happened after I watched Something Wicked.
I, like usual, had to run around my house giggling and crying with joy and yelling about the previews for the *six* remaining episodes of this season...and I found my step-dad and even though he doesn't care much for the show, he always listens (or pretends to listen, lol) to my ramblings about the episode. So, I start talking about how great it was, and the flashbacks and the insight into Dean's character and how they SHOULD have hugged and I gave him some quotes...but, after that I was so worked up, so hyper...I just had so much energy!
At the time, I was folding some remaining laundry I had abandoned once I saw it was almost time for Supernatural, and I had a roll of socks, right? Well, I quoted some line I can't remember, but it was supposed to be funny, but my step-dad didn't find it terribly amusing. So, in mock-anger, I decide I'll hit him with the roll of socks. I- literally- am aiming for his shoulder...and, I'll remind you again, I was overwhelmed with excitement and energy...
I whip the roll of socks...
RIGHT IN HIS EYE!!! SMACK! Just, I mean, I'm sure it hurt. It was only a pair of socks but STILL, I threw that thing with energy I didn't think I had...and yeah. Needless to say...his expression told me how much he did NOT expect that to happen...so, I died of laughter right then and there.
I mean, it WAS so unexpected and random, and I didn't mean to, and his expression was hilarious...so I was literally laughing myself to sobbing tears and I couldn't breathe. It was a good time.
Anyways, blah, whatever-- So, Something Wicked...
Can't get over this episode! Had to write a story tag for it so they could hug, but even without the hug (maybe they're saving it?) it was still amazing.
Was it just me, though, or could they have not picked an uglier kid to play young Dean? I mean, wtf...I had a hard time believing that was young Dean. Still, I appreciated the aspect of some kind of visual for a younger Dean...but sometimes I'd rather just close my eyes. You know, I wouldn't be totally against them using Jared and Jensen to play their younger selves...all we'd have to do is imagine them for what age they should be, and I'm sure they could modify their acting skills to be like "kids"- oh, wouldn't that be something?! Or I'm just weird, lol.
Yay for Sammy using the puppy dog eyes! I loved how they like had a close up of that...even I wanted to give him some lucky charms.
Okay, and how many hearts splattered on the ground at the scene where Dean was finally telling Sam about the incident...and he when he spoke about his Dad and he said "He looked at me differently"....AWWWWWWWWW *squishes Dean* talk about heart-wrenching...
I recorded this episode and I've watched that very last ending scene so many times now...I just love it. What would have made it better is after Dean says "sometimes I wish you could, too"..Sam should have jumped over the Impala and hopped right into Dean's arms! *melts* Sure, tacky, but awesome picture in my head from that...lol...
Dean called Sam "little brother"--> Cannot get over that! *hugs that line*
Oh, so, also, John is still sending coordinates, apparently...huh, that's interesting.
Aww, and there's only six more episodes left?! THEN IT'S DONE-- for the season. It has to be renewed...it must. We all sent letters, right? Letters and various body parts with stickers attacked that read "YOU--if Supernatural is canceled"??? I mean...I didn't...*cough*
I'm rambling a lot right now. Probably because all this talk of Supernatural is making me giddy and awake!
O_O I can't wait to make more icons! I still need to write another story...I had some fun with the tag but...I don't know. Ah, tomorrow's the last Friday I'll have off for a long, long time...I better make the most of it.
