I just read Dan's weekly update and was inspired to do one of my own, hence me ripping of his title (for those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, don't worry about it).

Life has been a lot of the usual around here. I just finished up classes for this year and started my second co-op. I got a job with the company Bergmann and Assoc. They're a consulting firm who does everything from architecture to surveying. The office I work in does land development. So far it's been pretty cool. My boss and the girl I work with a lot are both Drexel grads, so I'm in good company. That's what takes up my time Monday thru Friday. I still teach 14 and 15 year old Sunday School. The kids can be very challenging (and down right sadistic at times), but it's still rewarding. In my free time I just hang out with the family, watch movies (we're on a first name basis with the people at Blockbusters), and I'm starting to get into skateboarding again. My last skateboard was stolen/lost over a year ago. My friend Nick just gave me one of his old ones. Erika said I wasn't allowed to ride it until finals were over because I couldn't afford to break my ankle.

Erika is six and a half months pregnant with a baby boy. She's due July 7th and is hoping to go a few days early. Mom is comming out after the birth to help out and we are so excited to see her as well as grateful. Erika just passed her state exam to be a certified nurse's assistant. She worked her butt off and graduated top of her class. She is also going back to school in the fall for nursing. She just got a job as a home health aid where she goes into people's homes and nursing homes to help care for people. She also babysits for a family in the city twice a week and cleans someones home once a week. I'll tell you what, she is a hustler.

Aidya is just as sweet as ever. She had her first real visit to the ER about a month ago. I was helping a friend from church move and and Erika had to work so Aidya came with me. She was standing on the back of the U-Haul truck and fell off. I took her to Childrens Hospital and they fixed her up good. She ended up with ten stitches. Other than that her life has been good lately. She enjoys going to play group twice a week and she loves nursery at church. Although she was a little apprehensive about the Easter bunny comming into our apartment in the middle of the night she loved waking up to her Easter basket this morning.

So that's what we've been up to. Check out the pictures and if you want post a comment with your name so I know who it is. I hope all who read this have had a good Easter and have had some time to reflect on the atonement of Jesus Christ and how it works in your life. Good night and God bless.
