Hi it will cost cost $1.50 to ship the file to Malaysia ^^
as for the chara-pos, im not sure if it will be safe but i can try using a the bubble wrapped-padded envelope (but i really cant guarantee its safety) or if you are willing to pay more i can ship it in a box~ (with the bubble padded envelope shipping should cost $2.85(+$1.60 for the envelope), while the box will cost $2.20. and i'll have to check with post office for the shipping charges if you are interested)
