I woke up this morning with a single thought: for my fake birthday all I want is a glimpse of the following on the BRITS: Jarvis Cocker, Noel Fielding and Russell Brand.
Alas, an hour later I discovered that although last year it was live(ish), this year the CBC has decided to air it tomorrow instead. Boo.
I decided to make up for the disappointment with chocolate cheesecake (which I not only had to make for myself on my fake birthday, but pay for) and a trip to Claire's to spoil myself with their perpetual 10 For $10 sale. I originally went to Claire's in search of a long string of beads so I could copy Noel Fielding's tie necklace look shown below, and I ended up coming out with two said necklaces and a bunch of amazing 80s earrings. I am a happy girl.
