a new beginning
The Father's work is closing in eight weeks. I know I should be feeling worried and anxious, but I cannot help but feel overwhelmingly excited. After two years of debate they're finally closing and our life isn't up in the air anymore. Now we know our financial situation. Now the Father has no excuse not to find a better job. Now we can finally move out of this shit hole called Windsor.
I can't even bring myself to believe this, it's just so amazing. We're going to put our house up for sale, the Father is going to find a job and soon, soon we will be living elsewhere.
I have my heart set on the Kawartha Lakes. Not only is it close to Kaileen, the Muzzer's family and Toronto, but the entire area is just gorgeous - the lakes, the parks, the conservation areas, even the cities. And, on the top of my list - if we move there, we will be close to Heaven Can Wait where we can ride as many horses as we like, as often as we like, for free. (Teehee!)
I went job searching on the internet with the Father earlier today and most of the jobs he wanted to look at were in Toronto and the surrounding areas. I would never have dreamed of moving there, I was always under the impression that the Father disliked the area, but apparently not. I can't even begin to explain how happy I will be if we move to Toronto.
