I am too tired to write about my first few days at work. I will tell you all about them tomorrow. I will say the following three things: 1. I hate rush hour traffic 2. I love Indian food, especially when it's free and 3. I am not used to waking up at 6. Or anytime before 10, to be quite honest.
I am in love with the new TV On The Radio. I wasn't a huge fan of their last album, although the few songs I did like I liked a lot. But this album is top notch. Check it out.
Suddenly, all your history's ablaze
Try to breathe as the world disintegrates
Just like autumn leaves we're in for change
Holding tenderly to what remains
And all your memories are as precious as gold
And all the honey and the fire which you stole
Have you running through all your red cheek days
Shaking loose these songs from their sacred hiding space
Hold your heart courageously as we walk into this dark place
Stand, stare fast, erect and see that love is the province of the brave
"Province," TV On The Radio
I'm going to hit the honicle, chickadees.
