it says dear pres. bush b/c he wants the law that says that their can be no gay marriges, so this is kinda like a visual letter to him explaing that its ok..

because of his need to make it an amendment to the consitution, that gay marriage shall not be recognized as a legal union.

Haha, because the president really has the power to just make amendments whenever he wants. I bet he's hard at work thinking of other ridiculous things he can impose without going through Congress.
