After coming in last night at only 875 calories, I have decided that my coffee will be my one cheat. So I actually put sugar and creamer in it this morning. Not as much as usual but still enough to make it not something I have to chug.

Day 2

I have begun to think that sugar messes with me though and makes me feel all goofy because yesterday I didn't have any and I felt great and I had some in my coffee today and I already feel weird. More things to experiment with.

By the way, today's soup choice tastes very blah...


Also, I hate you Ford and I hope you die in a fire.
