Do you ever have the street lights turn off as you drive beneath them? I always have lights turn off - whether traveling by foot, auto... even building exterior lights turn off.... is this weird?

It is weird...but if you watch carefully for awhile, you'll see that the light sensitive switch is catching light from a reflection and turning it off....

OR

It has a bad or loose wire that makes it turn off.
