Crunk Sucks.
Crunk sucks. Lil Jon, the Ying Yang Twins...they must all die. I don't hate all hip-hop, mind you. Hell, there's lots of rap I downright love. Gimme anything in the time between the Sugar Hill Gang and the Pharcyde any day of the week. Hell, I even developed a taste for some gangsta rap. But crunk has to go. It is a great big shit stain upon what is an otherwise good genre. Everywhere I go lately I've been surrounded by this sort of music and it makes me wonder how so many people can have such godawful taste, and it's driving me insane. Formula for crunk...
Broad formula: Hip Hop - Talent = Crunk.
Specific formula: rap about bitches and money + stupidly simplistic beat = Crunk.
Does anybody else agree with me on this?
Now that I've vented about the number one thing that's been bugging the bejesus out of me, on to current events. I've been getting some interesting anonymous comments on my LJ lately...and I quote:

Now, I HAD a prime suspect on who this might be posting these until Sunday, when said suspect came to visit, and I asked her outright...to which she replied that she doesn't comment on LJ, as she doesn't have one. So now, I'm left with several suspects...would the anonymous poster please make herself known? Just e-mail me if you don't want EVERYONE knowing who you are.
Oh, and J, I'm conditioning the whip for you, just in case. ;-)
