practice was hella hard on thursday, we did like stop and go sprinting for about 2 hours straight, the woke up today and was like omg sore as hell, school was gay, i have so much hw and studying to do, practice today was easy, didnt have ne like hard practice after, was still sore as hell, now im home and me and jess r gonna do something this weekend for sure, just dont know what to do yet, lol
