The day, the day
I was informed today that part of my life's plan was to not only include working on a cruise ship while employing a distance learning program at Empire State, but also an affair with an older woman. The logic runs that if you make a complete idiot of yourself around girls your age that astound you, a few things are going wrong. First of all, the girl doesn't know enough to realize that real idiots are the guys that are dead-end in love with them. Secondly, the gentleman just doesn't have enough experience to keep it together in the face of womanhood.
In India, well-bred boys get sent of to wise beautiful courtesans. In America, we stumble over a woman's complexities and start rock bands to help cope, or at least romanticize the whole ordeal.
Whether that's true or not, it's a welcome addition into the story of my life, or at least I don't have any immediate objections.
When I was in middle school, and matt logue was a virgin, someone told me I'd be the first among our friends to really score. I don't think I'd end up copulating with an older woman, but I might come close.

Besides the good advice, I played a whomper of a show tonight with Got Swing, or Got the mutherfucking goodtimes big vibrations habit down to the bones, a y'might call is if you didn't know our name. The only thing was, I had a real piano, and it touched real nice, and the crowd was older, tipsy, and friendly.
A litte fella was watching me play, and he's offered to have me over to teach him the way. I gave him the introduction in about ten minutes. Everything I did today I did without trying, and I consequently did it well. How's that for a statement to disagree with.
