(no subject)
So, since my last post (which without looking, I can't even remember what it's about) a lot has happened.
I'm obviously working at Payless now. Things have progressed in a manner that I honestly wasn't expecting. When I went into this, I knew what I wanted, and that was to make my way into the management. I see that happening a LOT faster than I have expected. In short, the "assistant manager" (I have that in quotes because technically she isn't management) has been slacking off a lot lately, because she says that the company isn't treating her the right way, i.e., she hasn't gotten a raise since she's learned all the management stuff. She says that if they don't promote her by the time she gets back from her vacation at the end of March, then she's quitting. If she quits, then I am next in line to become management.
So that has me all stressed out, but that's what I consider to be "good" stress.
In other news...
Alex and Ben are moving in, in about a week and a half. And as much as I love Kat and Tom...THANK FUCKING GOD THEY ARE MOVING OUT! They are amazing friends, but as far as living with them, they are too messy. =/
Me and Alex are going to make this apartment look fabulous. :D
Well, I shouldn't even be awake right now.
So I'm going to take advantage of this time and read my new tarot book.
