Well, right now in my life, my current beleifs i.e. atheism, have helped me open 'christians' minds. My actions and thoughts are basically those of a 'christian' minus the beleif in a god. I love everyone, I do whats right, I am genuinely kind, and I try to help everyone. My ex boyfriend was an adament follower of christianity and we had many discussions on theology and such. Later on he told me how much hearing my opinion and thoguhts and then seeing my actions has opened his mind to the idea that not all athiests are hateful, spiteful assholes. Also, with that relationship, many of his fellow beleivers disagreed with his choice to date me, however, they met me and maybe i opened their minds to the idea of interreligion dating. Secondly, I have diabetes and have a tube running from my abdomen to a little what looks like a pager device. I have this on all the time. Tons of people are surprised at my active lifestyle. i dont want people to see people with diseases as "cripples".....So i act out my life jus as it should be without a disease. sure i have a sort of handicapp type thing but it doesnt slow me down and i set an example. So those are just a few of the things that i know have changed other peoples thoughts and i hope to continue it....
