1. Crop the base then Auto Contrast and Auto Levels if it's necessary.



2. Make a Selective Colors with setting :
Reds : +21 +7 -25 0
Yellows : -27 0 +19 0
Whites : +20 -2 -8 0
Neutrals : -7 0 -6 0
Blacks : 0 0 0 +87

3. Make New Fill Layer step by step, like this :
- #5d5a03, set to Luminoaity 30%
- #b4a785, set to Vivid Light 50%
- #676470, set to Screen 30%
- #011229, set to Soft Light 50%
4. Duplicate the base, bring to the top and set to Luminosity 50%



5. Make New Adjustment Layer, choose Brightness/contrast:
Brightness : +5
Contrast : +10

6. Make New Adjustment Layer, choose Hue/Saturation, set:
Reds : 0 +7 0
Yellows : 0 -30 0



7. Back to the base, choose Filter > Blur > Lens Blur and set like this :




too Blurry right? change the opacity (shift+ctrl+F) to 50% and set to Color Burn. And you're DONE!
