1. Duplicate your base. Got to Image > Apply Image, set the Blending to Screen. Then set layer to soft light 100%



2. Make new selective color
REDS: -63, -5, -63, 0
YELLOWS: +49, -15, -35, 0
CYANS: -58, -4, -28, 0
WHITES: -17, -4, -14, 0
NEUTRALS: -4, +9, -7, 0
BLACKS: 0, 0, 0, +59



3. Make new color fill. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color
- Fill layer with #181205. Set it to exclusion 100%.
- Fill layer with #8E7C7C. Set it to overlay 50%
- Fill layer with #4D5B80. Set it to vivid light 50%



4. Duplicate your second base and bring to the top



5. Take this texture, made by fatal_complexes. Set it to linear burn 100%. Erase some part if you need. Second textures I've got from here, made by iconraven, set it to screen 100%. Feel free to add anything you want AND YOU'RE DONE!
