Paying and paying it's a fraud...what??

Yes yes, in this world there are really people who are very free.
These third-rate media will publish stuff that have no basis.
[Paying and paying it's a fraud???] what kind of fraud is there?
I've not heard of such a thing or perhaps I should say... seriously spare me.
Certainly, it's a fact the DVD release date is delayed.
To all the fans who have been waiting I thought I've conveyed that I'm really sorry.
I've also conveyed to all of you that I don't want to compromise anything regarding production of this product,
Nor do some simple editing the film, and say
[Yeah it's out] like that without it being the best product.
Although this reason was conveyed clearly,
the conclusion, some third-rate media wrote
a different story.
Moreover, the special footage is being delayed, etc.
Regarding this, didn't I tell everyone this (?).

They said I was lacking in money.

They will write anything that sells, anything that can be written.
Really, the media is just flooding this world (with useless information).
