Basically from what i feel, the previous list is based on the perceptions of japanese ladies their most ideal(or rather i feel, what they FEEL is their ideal) weight. Now, let's get abit more objective and healthier XD
as we all know, the healthy BMI range is 18~22.9 for asian ladies. Then well, you can have all the other fats ratio blablabla. I would think the japanese perfect-ideal is about 18.6BMI. To put it simple... (
