Playing in the rain in front of my house and getting soaking wet, sharing our "usual" at islands, my brother taking pictures of us in my backyard, saying that last goodbye before I left for college, not knowing when I would see you again or how to adjust to not being with you all day everyday, you listening to me complain every night during summer bridge about how hard it was and then you came and rescued me for a day. I still remember the relief and happiness I felt when I saw you sitting in the lobby as I walked down the hotel stairs. Hashim breaking that bottle at your house and using all that mop squirting stuff cuz to clean it, seeing shooting stars on the raft... as it was sinking. Making your special tofu/hotsauce lasagna and drinkin some drink. Exchanging stories about our past, talking about how kids are mean and the people we hate, sharing the secrets that we would never tell anyone else, adopting each other's lingo... and more. More recently: being locked in the bathroom at Tiff's house while kavi stood outside in his underwear, convincing the cop there was no party. Going to the beach at night, vegas, camping... well, maybe we haven't dont those last few yet, but we will eventually.
