Recap of some stuff.
Went to see Peter Frampton and Eddie Money in concert last Thursday. It was frickin' amazing. Any time a guitar god like Frampton ends his concert with an encore consisting of his biggest hit (Do You Feel Like I Do) followed by a Beatles cover (While My Guitar Gently Weeps) it's definitely worth seeing. And the guy is really funny too. Some lady threw her bra onstage, and Peter walked over, gingerly picked it up with two fingers, and placed it ON his microphone stand, where it remained for the rest of the concert. Halfway through the concert, as he was giving out little trinkets, he brought out a silver necklace, put it on, and started, "Trying out the bling bling for flavor." This guy is in his upper 50s, maybe even lower 60s, and he's white and bald. Really funny. Some dude in the audience threw a gigantic fuzzy pseudo-top-hat on stage, which Peter also put on... the hat was about the same color as the pimp hat that was being thrown around OES during the last few months (and which Khumbo posed in during the last play.)
It was really good. Worked last week, working this week until Thursday (my LAST day), then leaving on the 14th for Wisconsin. About time too... as Chiara said, it's weird that some people will have already been in school for a month when I finally get there.
