Shoulders...who needs em?
I'm pretty sure that I pulled something in my left shoulder today. It snowed (maybe an inch) and I was playing in the snow with my nephew and while I was trying to climb on my trampoline to make a snow angel in clean snow, and I slipped as I was climbing on it (snow covered trampoline is VERY SLIPPERY!). I layed there for a min face down in the snow....and then my arm seemed to be fine...and it's not till now that it hurts. :( And, I can't find a heating pad and we don't have any ice.
