yesterday, the christians on campus came up to me while i was high. i wasn't very blunt but i did ask a couple of questions. my problem is the use of metaphors. they would take something literal and make a "spiritual" metaphor to parallel it. yes i am hungry. how does jesus feed my hunger?
i don't know if it was because i was high, but i just wanted to laugh in their faces. no offense to religious people. these guys were just corny. "want to know how to connect with jesus? tell him david." "jesus is like a glove that needs our spirit to fit into."
then they got into something i couldn't figure out. they argued that being religious made them more human.
i couldn't join them for any prayers. i don't think jesus likes me anyways. = [
