(no subject)
Haven't had time to update properly, I'm actually meant to be searching for stuff that will help me write my dissertation but I couldn't resist a peak on Lj.
I just watched the video for "bittersweet" by Apocoliptica or something. Random Finnish group but Ville Valo and Lauri Ylonen sing in the song and it's soo good! I love Valo's deeeeeeeep voice compared to...umm however you'd describe Lauri's voice. The video is quite good too. Valo and Lauri sit at a table with a quiji board. Lauri looks over excited and/or demented. Valo is just like "I rule with my fingerless gloves" *sings the tune because she doesn't know the words yet*
I had the weirdest and/or bestest Rasmus dream last night. I was at one of their concerts with Graeme but we were on stage instead of the band. Well I saw Lauri in the front row so I grinned at Graeme than jumped into the crowd and was leaning on Lauri...just so I could touch him. Graeme sighed and wandered away. And so ended Graeme's role in my dream. Well after that, all the band came back to my house and I dumped my stuff in my room and went to the loo ( as you do when The Rasmus are at your house) I noticed Lauri had left his stuff in the bathroom (of all places!) so I took it through for him. Was nosing at his phone too. They were all in my sis's room. Eero, Aki and Pauli were lying on her bed, with her Benjamin bear and Lauri was on the pc. (he was sitting where I am right now! *dances*) and I told him to get off because I wanted on. He started moaning that he wanted to go in some chatroom so I just left him to it.
Then we were walking under the aqua duct thingy by B&Q. Don't know why but then it changed and we were in some shop (think it was the shop where Dawn works) and my sis was returning a top. I wandered over to Lauri who was sitting in a comfy looking chair by the window, playing with his phone. I sat down next to him and said "truth or dare" and he started moaning about how he was not in the mood and just kept playing with his phone. Then it shifted back to my house and they were going away. I was hugging all the guys...then I woke up. As I said, it was a weird and wonderful dream. First Rasmus dream I've had in ages, always nice to have. *swoons* hehe, sorry, rabid fangirl coming out there.
OOOOOOOOOh!! I was in the Benji suit on Sunday! We have a life size suit exactly like Benji and I got to run about the shop wearing it. It was so much fun! I started scaring people at my work and chased Cara half way around Ladies Fashions. Was so hot inside it though, was bright red in the face when I took it off, glad I was on my lunch.
I'm meant to be at work now but I called in sick so I could work on my dissertation. I've done a few pages so far but I wanted a little break.
