(no subject)
Indiana Jones was soooo awesome! It contained all the typical feel good action movie Indie that I loved so much as a kid. I swear, throughout the entire film I looked like Nelson in the Simpsons while he watched Andy Williams perform (Bart on the road episode). I even managed to predict just about every element in the film. But at the end, I wonder if the sequence with the hat means that there will be a new indie (especially as he carries the same name) or if it symbolizes that there will only ever be one Indiana Jones. Hrm. Anyhoo...I was so not disapointed!
[Update: I just read an article stating that Harrison Ford could be the only Indiana Jones ever. I kind of agree. That said, Lucas is considering the possibility of a 5th movie. So I guess that Indiana Jones gets to keep his fedora after all.]
Today was spent at my bro's new house in St. Albert. It's really old but cute. The outside is GORGEOUS. It's obvious the previous owners only concentrated on the outside. He's got a beautiful and enormous lawn. But the inside of the house needs lots of renos. Tomorrow is Raph and I's turn....THIS ENDS! No more boxes and chaos reigning. We are finishing this. Of course it doesn't help that I injured my thumb....
I've been working a lot on putting some pics on the net....It's taken up most of my evening....God I love photography. I really should start reading more on it. I'm setting up an album on flickr of all my favorite/best shots. But before I can add more...I need to purchase an account...argh.
So I guess I should also take advantage of the photo service of LJ. I wonder if it would be worth it to get a deviant art account for photography. Next on the list is photo editing.
