Well, i spoke to Jeff at the ConnDOT Sign Shop this morning...he did get the email with all the photos you saw in the previous entry attached, your opinions as expressed in LJ as well as the AARoads Forum and the Signal Traffic Forums (which had the blue 15 ahead by a significant margin over the blue on white, with support for a black and white

Huh that sounds like a very fussy man... Frankly, I don't see how the Blue one was any less readable...

It wasnt the genleman i spoke with who was opposed...it was his higher-ups who were the big pooh-bahs......

he liked them all....but he has to do what he is directed to do...
